Best Dynamic Pricing and AI Pricing Software for 2027

A comparison of eight dynamic pricing and AI pricing tools for 2027, from rule-based repricing for online stores to enterprise price optimization: what each one costs and what it lacks.

Best Dynamic Pricing and AI Pricing Software for 2027

Dynamic pricing software changes your prices for you when the market moves. The tools sold under that name do two different jobs. Rule-based repricing applies a rule you set, such as staying 3% below the median competitor price but never under your minimum price. AI price optimization models demand, price elasticity and margin to recommend a price for each product. We make Sampo, one of the tools below.

Prices and plans were checked on each vendor's own website in October 2026. Vendors change plans often, so confirm the current terms before you buy.

At a glance

  • Sampo: competitor-based and stock-based rules with price floors, built for Gulf stores and Salla or Zid, from US$299 a month
  • Prisync: dynamic pricing engine only from US$199 a month; no Salla, Zid or Arabic matching listed
  • Pricefy: dynamic repricing only from US$99 a month; no Salla, Zid or Arabic matching listed
  • Price2Spy: repricing sold as a separate paid module; tier prices not published
  • Competera: enterprise only; no published prices
  • Quicklizard: no published prices; demo required
  • Omnia Retail: no published prices; demo required
  • Pricefx: aimed at B2B manufacturers and distributors; no published prices

Rule-based repricing or AI price optimization

Rule-based repricing needs matched competitor prices, a clear rule and safeguards such as minimum prices, and you can see exactly why each price changed. AI price optimization needs a long sales history, because demand models need enough data to be reliable, and it usually comes with an enterprise contract and a longer setup. Either way, the result is only as good as the product matching underneath it: a price rule applied to the wrong competitor listing produces the wrong price.

Sampo Pricing

Sampo applies automated pricing rules to selected products using matched competitor prices. Rules can follow a relative price, use the median of the competitors you include, or start a stepped discount based on stock and sales data. Minimum-price checks and discount caps stop a rule from going too low, and you choose which products each rule covers. It connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla and Zid, matches Arabic product titles and covers Gulf marketplaces such as Noon, Amazon.sa and Amazon.ae.

Pricing: Growth is US$299 a month for 3,000 products, 6 competitors and 6 automated price rules. Pro is US$499 a month for 5,000 products and 10 competitors. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with no card required.

Prisync

Prisync is a competitor price tracking tool that adds a dynamic pricing engine on its higher plans.

Pricing: the dynamic pricing engine starts with Premium at US$199 a month for 1,000 products. Platinum is US$399 for 5,000 products on the URL-based model; channel-based and hybrid plans cost more.

What it lacks: the dynamic pricing engine is not on the US$99 entry plan. API access costs an extra 20%. Its website does not list Salla or Zid integrations or Arabic product matching.

Pricefy

Pricefy is a price monitoring tool that adds repricing on its higher plans.

Pricing: dynamic repricing starts with Pro at US$99 a month for 2,000 SKUs; Business is US$189 for 15,000 SKUs, billed monthly.

What it lacks: no repricing on the free or US$49 plans, and autopilot repricing only from the US$189 plan. Its website does not list Salla or Zid integrations or Arabic product matching.

Price2Spy

Price2Spy is a price monitoring tool that sells repricing as a separate module.

Pricing: the repricing module is priced on top of a Starter, Basic or Premium tier. Starter and Basic prices are not published, and Premium is quoted.

What it lacks: repricing is not included in any tier, and without published prices the total cost is unknown until you get a quote. Its website does not list Salla or Zid integrations or Arabic product matching.

Competera

Competera is a price optimization platform for enterprise retail.

Pricing: not published.

What it lacks: positioned for enterprise retailers only, with no published prices and no self-service trial; access starts with a demo request. Demand-based optimization depends on a long sales history. Its website does not list Salla or Zid integrations or Arabic product matching.

Quicklizard

Quicklizard is a dynamic pricing platform for retailers and brands.

Pricing: not published.

What it lacks: no published prices and no self-service trial; access starts with a demo request. Its website does not list Salla or Zid integrations or Arabic product matching.

Omnia Retail

Omnia Retail is a competitor monitoring and automated pricing tool for retailers and brands.

Pricing: not published.

What it lacks: no published prices and no self-service trial; access starts with a demo request. Its website does not list Salla or Zid integrations or Arabic product matching.

Pricefx

Pricefx is a pricing platform aimed mainly at B2B companies such as manufacturers and distributors.

Pricing: not published.

What it lacks: built around B2B price lists, deals and quotes rather than reacting to competitor prices in online retail. No published prices and no self-service trial; access starts with a demo request.

What to check before you buy

  • Run the rules on a test set of products and review every proposed change before switching on automation
  • Confirm there is a minimum price or margin floor on every rule
  • Check that the tool can write prices back to your store, and with which permissions
  • Ask how the tool explains each price change, so your team can trust it
  • For AI optimization, ask how much sales history the model needs before it is reliable

How to choose

If you run an online store and want to react to competitors with rules you control, start with rule-based repricing on matched competitor prices. If you sell in the Gulf, have Arabic product titles or run on Salla or Zid, none of the other tools in this list lists support for those on its website. Sampo's automated pricing covers them, with a 7-day free trial and no card required. Not sure whether you need to edit prices in bulk or reprice automatically?
