What if I need more SKUs or competitors than a plan offers?
You're never capped at the tier limits. Talk to our team and we'll add more SKUs or competitors to any plan, tailored to your catalog. For the largest needs, Sampo Pro steps up to a custom Enterprise plan with dedicated support. You never pay for capacity you won't use.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free 7-day trial and no credit card is required. During the trial you can track 3 competitors and 300 SKUs with 3 automated price rules, so you can see your competitors' prices and Sampo's recommendations before you commit.
What counts as a competitor and a SKU?
A competitor is one store you track, such as an Amazon storefront or a rival retailer's site. A SKU is one of your products that Sampo monitors and matches against those competitors. Your plan sets how many of each you can track at once.
Which platforms and marketplaces does Sampo support?
Sampo installs on Shopify and WooCommerce (plus Salla and Zid), and monitors competitors across Amazon, eBay, Google Shopping and retailer sites such as Currys, Argos and John Lewis, with product matching that works across languages.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as your catalog and competitor set grow. If you outgrow Sampo Pro, we'll move you onto a tailored Enterprise plan.
